I started to recognize how people and systems impact one another when I became a leader in my scout troop at age 12. Ever since then I’ve been intrigued by systems, organizations, and making them run better through team engagement, creative problem solving, and structural modification. Wherever I am I want to do my best to better the organization, in whatever capacity I fulfill.

My love for solving problems and meeting the unique needs of individuals has driven me to writing, public speaking, and production. I’m passionate about ethical decision making in business and strive to have well informed reasons for my decisions, always keeping practical and realistic solutions in mind. I think there can be a balance between ethical and profitable.
